Jeff Harding is an experienced beverage and hospitality consultant with over 20 years of industry expertise. Jeff's interest in wine began during his time at Norman Van Aken’s a Mano in Miami Beach, where he discovered the deep connection between food, wine, and culture. A transformative summer managing Château d’Allogny in France’s Loire Valley cemented his love for wine and its ties to geography and history. Upon returning to New York, he focused his career on wine service, becoming a sommelier and ultimately a beverage director at the Waverly Inn.
An accomplished writer, Jeff’s insights on wine have been featured in publications like VinePair and StarChefs Rising Stars magazine. He has served as a wine judge for the New York International Wine Competition since 2018 and is a sought-after presenter at industry events like the International Chefs Congress. His deep network of beverage professionals and media, combined with his expertise in hospitality, event management, and social media strategy, make him a recognized influencer in the beverage landscape. During the course of his career, Jeff also worked for Ogilvy & Mather and was a Grants Manager at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Jeff earned his BA in Psychology from the University of Miami.
