Vicki Elkins has spent her career helping businesses and nonprofits advance their missions, achieve their growth goals, and launch new initiatives through effective communications. Her work involves strategic planning, project management, media relations, and crafting compelling messages that resonate with core constituencies and motivate them to act. She currently serves as President of Ainsworth and works across all accounts.

Prior to returning to Ainsworth in 2016, Vicki served as the Senior Communications Strategist at New York Public Radio (NYPR), one of the largest public radio station groups in the nation and a global leader in audio content creation. She worked with the President's Office and the Development Department on executive communications for external and internal audiences, including speechwriting, presentation creation, proposal writing for institutional funders and major donors, and writing for the Board of Trustees. Prior to NYPR, Vicki spent nine years at Ainsworth, where her responsibilities included work on strategy, document production, executive writing and presentation coaching, media relations, and event production. She joined Ainsworth from Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery (RLM), a strategic communications firm, where she was a Director. During her tenure at RLM, she worked with clients including AOL, AOL Latin America, NBC, CNBC, MTV Networks, The New York Times, and The Financial Times. Vicki earned her BA in Government from Georgetown University.
